Course Description

 
This intensive workshop teaches basic and advanced Structured Query Language (SQL) commands using SQL Server's Query Analyzer. Participants learn to issue data definition, query, and update commands against a populated sample database. Special emphasis is given to views, joins, subqueries, and checking for referential integrity. Students will also learn to use SQL Server client tools, such as Enterprise manager, Query Designer, and Query Analyzer. This course is designed for data processing professionals and end users that need to use interactive SQL commands or who will eventually be embedding SQL calls in programs.
