- Transact-SQL extends SQL by adding the constructs found in other procedural languages, such as variables and control structures, thus allowing for a flexible procedural extension to SQL. In this course students learn the basic syntax and statements used to create functioning Transact-SQL modules. Students write different types of Transact-SQL modules, including Batches, Transactions, Stored Procedures and Triggers.
