- This course is designed for programmers that have used Visual Basic 6.0 or earlier and that need to move to the Microsoft.NET Framework with VB.NET. VB.NET, a departure from Visual Basic 6.0, combines the simplicity of the Visual Basic syntax with power and flexibility. It is an object-oriented language that enables programmers to quickly build a wide range of applications for the .Net platform. In this course students will learn how to develop business applications with VB.NET and the .NET framework.
