This two-day instructor-led session builds on the participant's existing knowledge of Crystal Reports. The class focuses on advanced formula construction, where the student learns to create and modify formulas such as multiple statement equations, to use variables and time functions as well as to create running totals. Conditional formatting, working with multiple sections, creating parameter fields, advanced cross tabs and generating sub-reports are topics also included on the agenda. The student will investigate including data from SQL or ODBC databases. Attendees will practice graphing techniques, and creating custom user dictionaries.
