- Oracle Developer is a visual development tool that aids in the creation of client/server and Web applications. In this course participants use the Report Builder component of Oracle Developer to build a variety of standard and custom reports. Topics include the Developer Reports Environment, Report Builder Wizard, embedding graphics in reports, and PL/SQL in reports.
